Under the distance selling regulations, customers have up to 7 working days after receiving their delivery to cancel their order(with the exceptions of perishable or made to order, or altered goods). We can change or cancel an order at any time before dispatch. If the order has already been dispatched when a customer cancels, the customer can return the goods to Dorian Black and receive a refund (excluding delivery cost) once the return conditions detailed below are met.
